4 Resorts on Sandy Beach Sonoran Resorts has 4 condominium projects located on Sandy Beach. The first project named the Sonoran Spa Resort was started in late 1999. This 202 condo project consists of one, two and three bedroom condos, garage/storage units, a full service spa, convenience store, restaurant, rental Management Company, 24-hour security, tennis court, fitness center, Internet, three swimming pools and two Jacuzzis.
